This book was possibly my favorite but I was extremely sad about some things that happened. Its just the way the book was written and sometimes you need some sad stuff for a good story but its why I rated it a 4 lol cause I did not want it to work out that way I'm selfish. However the story was amazing and the way the city was described I truly felt like I was there. Plus Cassandra Clare always keeps me guessing and that is a good thing in a book. Plus I loved the side of Hodge we got to see, and the I liked the parts with Alec and Magnus I love them, and Isabelle she is one of my favorites. I like how they got a little more of their story told. I'd have to say I think Luke and Isabel are my favorite characters maybe not totally normal for me to have them as favorites but hey what can you do? I still love Jace and Clary but I feel more connected to the other characters. I thought it was a great way to wrap everything up sort of. I'm looking forward to reading more Cassandra Clare she has become one of my favorite authors.
P.S. Sorry such a short review a lot going on these days I really did love this series. :)
