I finally saw this movie I just finished the book not that long ago, and I must say I was happy with the movie. I mean YES they did leave things out, but I expect that with movies. I just really wish a few memorable fight scenes would have been left in..I'm just saying. I was happy with the casting, and Grover the Satyr had some funny one liners. The Gods were great they were HUGE, and when in Godlike form they were awesome. Logan Lerman as Percy entertained me I really like him as an actor. I don't know if it was just me but I thought some scenes were kind of dark and hard to see. Still really great scenes I just had to squint a little bit I might just be getting old haha.

We are wanting to go see this movie. I am looking forward to it, even thought I haven't read the book yet. We have the book here but my son is working on it, very slowly.
