Review: Dangerous

Dangerous
Dangerous by Diana Palmer

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Seriously one of my favorites, up there with the Wyoming books, Lawless & Magnolia. Really good had one of the most believable relationships of the Jacobsville series, aside from Lawless. I really liked Heart of Stone too though I loved Boone and Keely, but this one just had a lot more action in it. I totally felt like I was watching Burn Notice. I loved Kilraven and Winnie. They are all so serious the men in these books & he just felt so real one of the most real characters in her books for me. They are great but now just as believable. Her new series the Wyoming ones, have really realistic characters too. I am just really sad she quit letting the men call the women tonics. I loved reading that "Darling you are a tonic." It made me smile every single time, she still however lets the ladies refer to men as being "dishy" LOVE I am also sadly disappointed if I read a Diana Palmer book and the man isn't "Starving to death" for the women, I just miss it if its not there. I LOVE HER.

2012 Reading Update.

I am kind of excited about this considering I'm in school & all very productive. I put a montage in case anyone is interested in seeing some of the books I've read this year. Been on a HUGE Linda Lael Miller binge, and read a bunch of the Karen Marie Moning Highlander series too.

Review: Lawless

Lawless
Lawless by Diana Palmer

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

So. Good. Might be one of my favorite books ever. I just freaking loved it. Diana Palmer is such a great writer. Christabel & Judd were romantic comedy at its finest. I love the law enforcement, and the murder investigations that are sometimes in her books, they make them so much better. Diana has such a flare for having me crack up while I'm reading her books, I laugh out loud. I just love her. This book makes you so excited to read Cash's books Renegade too, which I will.

Review: Wyoming Tough

Wyoming Tough
Wyoming Tough by Diana Palmer

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Oh my gosh read in one day, one freaking day. Stayed up way too late reading it even though I had an intense math review the next day. Mallory was totally frustrating, and he had a girl name that confused me at first, but I got over it. I kepty screaming it at him to wise up, and quit being so bullheaded. Morie, was not your typical rich heiress that is for sure, it never came through as being snotty. I loved getting to know the entire Kirk family all the brothers were great. I finished this book & immediately wanted to read Cane's book. Such a good story.

Review: Wyoming Fierce

Wyoming Fierce
Wyoming Fierce by Diana Palmer

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

What to say about Cane, he is beyond frustrating. He has his reasons. He got his arm blown off by an IED in Iraq, and its changed him forever. Bodie is a struggling college student who is way too young for him, or so he says. This book was just great. I could not put it down for anything. I fell in love with Bodie, I wanted everything to go her way, and cursed Cane over and over for being so horribly stubborn. I am no really excited for Tank's book, he better get one, he is one Kirk brother I need to know more about, just am loving Diana's writing. Linda Lael Miller is straight ranch westerns most of time, Diana has so many different types of people in her westerns, FBI, Mercenaries, just something different.
